I like the shading around the eyes, it makes them stand out. The contrast between the blue and purple gives them a lively appearance. He looks like he knows a very amusing secret here or is trying to seduce someone. The little upward curve at the end of his lips is just right, you got the proportions perfect. I also really like the nose and the eyebrows. Just to lend some constructive criticism, although God knows I could never draw anything this fantastic myself, I think if you carried over the coloring technique you used on the eyebrows to the hair, it'd give the picture a bit more of a finished look. However, I like the hair as is already. I just thought the eyebrows really stood out as masterfully done. I want to compliment your use of blending and color choices for his skin as well, he looks like he's just fed or something. Maybe that's why his expression is so content? Dinner must have been very good indeed! The shading you used for the cheeks was also very impressive. Thanks for drawing one of my favorite characters as he actually was presented in the books. He looks exactly the right age, and you can just see the bratty personality he carries with him at all times.
